"Jimmy helped me sleep soundly! We had the power go out in part of our home, an older home that we’ve slowly been updating, and it was super late at night. All of the electrical companies we called said they couldn’t come out, even on an emergency basis and my anxiety was through the roof. Miraculously, Jimmy drove over at 11pm to help us with a temporary fix until we can upgrade the panel. He solved the issue quickly and explained what he was doing as he investigated.
